Mossy Oak Flagship Store Manager
It’s not a passion, it’s an obsession.
Every day at Mossy Oak, we live and breathe the outdoors — from hunting and conservation to stewardship and legacy efforts. Since 1986, that obsession has formed the proud, rock-solid foundation of Mossy Oak as we've grown to become one of the strongest, most effective and most-recognized camouflage brands in the world. We deliver uncompromising quality to consumers and share a unique bond with them driven by the heritage of hunting and our shared love for the great outdoors.
We're looking for people who share our obsessions. We pride ourselves on offering candidates multi-faceted and challenging careers at a rapidly growing marketing and brand organization that provides room for advancement based on performance. You live for the details and can take a task and run with it.
You're a fast learner who's as comfortable working as part of a dynamic and engaged team as you are working independently. You're energetic, capable, and engaged. This is a highly visible and exciting role with the potential to make an immediate positive impact in an area directly involved in some of Mossy Oak's top critical initiatives.
About This Job
At the Mossy Oak Flagship Store, we’re not just in the business of retail—we’re in the business of connecting people with the outdoors. You’ll have the opportunity to engage with customers, build and manage a team, and connect folks with the outdoors through one common thread, Mossy Oak. From local folks looking for last minute gear, to curious travelers passing through hoping to take some pics and grab a piece of Mossy Oak merch, the Mossy Oak Flagship Store manager (and Store Staff) will be responsible for providing a memorable experience, and a positive lasting impression on anyone who stops by for a visit. Everything we do is built on our foundation of GameKeepers, conservationists, land stewards, and outdoor families who share a common truth: we’re all called to leave it better. Whether it's a patch of land, a stretch of water, or a child's first hunt—we believe it’s our job to protect and pass down what matters most.
We’re looking for a mission-minded leader to carry that flag forward as the Flagship Brand Center Manager at our West Point Store—the front porch of the Mossy Oak family and the gateway to our brand’s soul. This isn’t your typical retail management job. This is a chance to bring the Mossy Oak lifestyle to life, to turn a store into an experience, a sale into a relationship, and a product into a purpose.
You’ll lead with grit, passion, and purpose—infusing every square foot of the Brand Center with the values that define who we are. You’ll create an environment where hard work, heritage, and the outdoors converge, where every guest walks out feeling a little more connected to the land, to their roots, and to something bigger than themselves.
This role isn’t just about moving product—it’s about moving people, growing the brand, and building something that lasts long after the doors close each night. If you’re ready to get your boots dirty and your heart full, we want you on this journey.
