What is The Wright Collection? Most people know our home camp as the Mossy Oak family cabin or the Haas cabin, but most don't know the land it sits on... It's called "The Wright Place," and from the porch to the pines, as the name implies, it just feels right. So for a name for what promises to be one of our favorite collections, The Wright Collection is only fitting.
Now, for our first deer in the Wright Collection, we knew just the artist for the job. Ryan Kirby is a great friend of Mossy Oak. It only felt natural that, when looking for whitetail artwork for the Broadside Buck Whitetail, his name came up first. The whitetail image chosen was pulled from Kirby’s infamous The Growth and Maturity of Whitetail Bucks print, a poster that can be seen in hunting camps around the country. Our first ever whitetail Wright Collection draws inspiration from and pays homage to Kirby’s broadside three-and-a-half-year-old buck.
