Shipping & Delivery

2017 Christmas Delivery:

Orders must be placed no later than the following dates to ensure that ample time is allowed for on-time delivery.

Standard: December 18th by 12 p.m. Noon

Express: December 19th by 12 p.m. Noon

Standard Delivery:

Orders for in-stock merchandise are normally shipped within one business day for delivery 1 – 6 business days after the order is received, depending on your geographic location. Please note that weekends and/or holidays will delay shipment. Orders placed after Friday at noon are shipped the following Monday and orders placed on/before nationally observed holidays will be shipped on the next normal business day after the holiday. Orders are shipped via the United Parcel Service or the United States Postal Service and shipping rates are based upon the amount of your order and/or the weight of the products being shipped. 

Please note that bulky and/or heavy items may require additional postage. Free shipping specials are only available for orders shipping to addresses within the 48 Contiguous States.

Express Delivery:

Express orders received before noon Central Time will ship via USPS Priority Mail or UPS 3-Day Select the same business day to arrive within 1–5 business days, while express orders placed after noon Central Time will ship via USPS Priority Mail or UPS 3-Day Select the following business day. Express orders placed after Friday at noon and throughout the weekend will be scheduled for shipment on the following Monday.

Overnight Express:

To place an order for guaranteed next day delivery, please email Customer Service or call 1-888-Mossy Oak (1-888-667-7962) and place your order with a consumer service representative. Overnight orders must be placed by 12:00 noon Central Time to ensure next day delivery. The overnight shipping rates will be calculated by the consumer services representative entering your order.

International Orders:

Returns & Replacements

If for whatever reason our product doesn’t meet your expectations, simply return it to us unused within 30 days of purchase for an exchange or refund of its purchase price. Some restrictions apply and are as follows.

  • All swimwear and intimates sales are final, no exchange/refund.
  • All footwear has a one (1) year warranty. We cannot accept the return of footwear more than one (1) year after the original purchase date.
  • All returned items are subject to inspection before refunds/exchanges are approved. Laundered and/or worn merchandise will not be approved for exchange/refund unless otherwise determined defective.

Included with each order is a packing list along with a return form & instructions for exchange/refund. For your protection, please insure all returns for the full value of the merchandise and return the item(s) to us via FedEx/UPS Ground or USPS. We are not responsible for lost returned merchandise without valid proof of delivery to our facility.

If you received damaged merchandise, defective product, or if your merchandise was shipped incorrectly; please call 1-888-Mossy Oak (1-888-667-7962) and speak to a Consumer Service Representative before returning.

If you are requesting a refund, the refund will be issued via the same payment method used for the original purchase. If the item was a gift, and the recipient is requesting a refund; a Mossy Oak Store Gift Card will be issued for the current selling price of the item.
