This Notice supplements this Site’s General Privacy Notice and applies to residents of the State of California ("consumers" or "you"). We adopt this notice (including any/all of our affiliated websites) to comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (“CCPA”) and any terms defined in the CCPA have the same meaning when used in this Notice. The CCPA requires certain disclosures that are already covered in our Privacy Policy.

If you are a California resident, you may make certain requests regarding your personal information collected by us, in which we will fulfill each of these request to the extent required by law, depending on which of our affiliated services/websites are used, as follows:

  1. Categories of personal information collected. Personal information collected by us, or collected from consumers in the previous twelve (12) months prior to the Effective Date of this Notice, fall into the following categories established by the CCPA, as follows:
    1. Identifiers (e.g. your name, postal address, alias, email address, phone numbers, or IP address);
    2. Personal information (e.g. credit card number, social security number, signature, etc.);
    3. Protected Classification characteristics (e.g. age, gender, or other protected classifications);
    4. Commercial information (e.g. purchase/content streaming activity);
    5. Internet or other similar network activity information (e.g. browsing history, search history, information on your interaction with the Site);
    6. Geolocation data (e.g. physical locations or movements);
    7. Sensory Data (e.g. audio, electronic, visual, stored images/videos in connection with the Site);
    8. Professional information (e.g. business information, performance evaluations);
    9. Inference data (e.g. profile showing your purchase preferences/characteristics).

    You may request that we provide you with this information up to two (2) times within a continuous twelve-month (12) period. When you make this request, the information provided may be limited to personal information we collected about you in the previous 12 months.
  1. Disclosures of Personal Information for a Business Purpose: In the preceding twelve (12) months prior to the Effective Date of this Notice, we have disclosed the following categories of personal information for a business purpose:
    1. Identifiers (e.g. your name, phone numbers, address, or IP address; use a third party carrier to deliver your order);
    2. California Customer Records personal information categories (e.g. 3rd party payment processor);
    3. Protected classification characteristics under California or federal law (e.g. age, gender for survey purposes, etc.);
    4. Commercial information (e.g. 3rd party product details provided by 3rd party provider assisting you);
    5. Internet or other similar network activity (e.g. 3rd party service provider to analyze security of our websites);
    6. Geolocation data (e.g. 3rd party delivery company);
    7. Sensory data (e.g. recordings of customer service phone calls for quality assurance purposes, etc.);
    8. Professional information (e.g. 3rd party service provider for verification of your account, etc.).
       
  2. No sale of personal information. In the previous twelve (12) months prior to the Effective Date of this Notice, we have not sold any personal information of consumers, as defined under the CCPA.
     
  3. Accessibility/Removal of Your Personal Information: Pursuant to the CCPA, you may have the right to request certain information about our collection of your personal information, or access to or deletion of your personal information.   4. Verifying Your Identity for Requests to Access or Delete Personal Information
: We take the privacy of your personal information seriously and want to ensure that we provide only you or your authorized agent with your personal information. The CCPA also requires that we verify the identity of each person who makes a request to know what personal information we have about you or to delete the personal information we have about you.

  6. How Do You Verify My Identity?
 We may verify your identity in a few different ways. When you make your request, we may ask you to log into your account and complete a one-time passcode validation. In some instances, we may ask you to provide other documentation to verify your identity. If this happens, we will reach out to you directly with this request.
     
  7. What If You Can’t Verify My Identity? 
If we can’t verify your identity, we will not be able to process your request to know what personal information we have about you or to delete the personal information we have about you. If we are unable to verify your identity with a high degree of certainty, we will only be able to provide a report with category-level information and we may not be able to delete some of your information.
     
  8. How to Submit a Request Using an Authorized Agent
 An authorized agent is a person or business who has authorization to request to know what personal information we have about you, to delete the personal information we have about you, or to opt out of the sale of personal information on behalf of a California resident. Authorized agents use the same links described above to submit requests.

    If you are submitting a request on behalf of another person, we require a valid power of attorney or other documentation demonstrating your authority to submit this request. This can be a letter or other documentation signed by the California resident authorizing you to submit this request.
     
  9. How Do I Send You My Documentation? 
If you submit a request on our website, you will be asked to email your forms to privacy@mossyoak.com. Please note, you will have 10 business days to provide all required documentation.
     
  10. No Discrimination. We will not discriminate against any consumer for exercising their rights under the CCPA.
