All trademarks, trade dress, logos, brand names, designs, artwork, and copyrighted materials (collectively, the “Intellectual Property”) displayed or referenced in connection with Haas Outdoors, Inc. / Mossy Oak® are the exclusive property of Haas Outdoors, Inc. / Mossy Oak® and are protected by United States and international trademark and copyright laws.
Any use of such Intellectual Property is strictly prohibited unless expressly authorized by a valid, written license agreement executed by Haas Outdoors, Inc. / Mossy Oak®.
No implied license, consent, or authorization is granted by silence, omission, prior dealings, or third-party representations.
Any person or entity that uses, reproduces, distributes, displays, sells, or creates derivative works incorporating the Intellectual Property without a written license is engaging in unauthorized use, which may constitute trademark infringement, copyright infringement, unfair competition, and/or false designation of origin under applicable law.
Haas Outdoors, Inc. / Mossy Oak® actively monitors and enforces its intellectual property rights and reserves all rights and remedies available at law and in equity, including but not limited to injunctive relief, monetary damages, statutory damages, attorneys’ fees, and costs.
