Mossy Oak’s turkey vest history runs deep, and we’ve had a vest in every style imaginable over the years (down to Bob Dixon’s fanny pack). One of the all-time classics remains the JAKES Vest. Originally made in the late 1990s in Original Break-Up with the old NWTF JAKES patch, this vest has reached classic status. Original vests still get passed down and worn in the field, and every spring we get pictures of kids and first turkeys wearing this vest. Now, we’ve taken our tried-and-true strap vest design and recreated a classic for a new generation of turkey hunting kids. The JAKES Vest is available in Original Bottomland and retains the classic NWTF Patch from the original design.
